First of all when I first started researching online to start a business, I found a lot of good information regarding online opportunities I also found a lot of  negative people, full of scepticism and people saying “stick to your day job because you cant make money online“. I was not prepared to accept this as a fact. I did not realise it then but that one thought was a positive mindset thought so I went on continuing to search for a business that I could run online.

I came across a lot of business opportunities but for every opportunity I found there were negative people running it down saying the same old thing “you wont make any money with this opportunity”. This was beginning to rub off on me. “Perhaps you cant make money online…” I thought, but how come all these people are claiming that they make £££’s every month and some even give up their day jobs to work online full time….?? So I decided to compare the two different types of people – the ‘you can make money online’ and the ‘you can’t money online’ people.

And you know what I found?…. the difference was MINDSET. The successful marketers all had positive mindsets; they believed in themselves, they made a clear plan of action and nothing was going to stop them reaching that goal. So the next course of action was to educate myself in mindset. What was mindset? Was it something you could learn?….. and the answer was YES. I did research on this subject and I found you can train your mind. I found that people believed that intelligence could be cultivated and developed through effort and persistence. These people tended to:

Actively seek out new challenges

Welcome opportunities for intellectual development

Respond positively to feedback

Feel comfortable in asking for help.

So it is possible to change your mind into one of a positive mindset. I have learnt this and continue to learn this on a daily basis. Once you master this technique you will find yourself thinking in a positive manner about everything you do everyday. Every situation I find myself in I look for a positive outcome from it.
