So let me cut to the chase!! I run an online business; a business that is open 24/7, 365 days a year.  A business that after the initial setup will run almost on autopilot, the beauty of which is that it’s run from my own home, I have no problems with staffing and very little overheads.

Right let’s talk a bit about me

My name is Jonathan Jenkins, I’m 34 years old and was born in a small town called Llanelli.  I have and always have had a huge passion to be a success; to better the quality of my life and also those around me.  I currently live in a nice quiet area of Swansea with Tracey, my partner of 5 years, and have a beautiful 10 year old daughter who means the world to me.  Unfortunately I don’t get to see her as much as I would like as she lives with her mum but I cherish the weekends I do spend with her and love doing things as a family.  Below is a photo of us in Disneyland Paris which was her first holiday. 

Schooling was your typical secondary education where I managed to do reasonably well and left with a good level of education; but nothing to shout about.  I decided that further education wasn’t for me so didn’t go to college or uni and instead decided that I would take the plunge and go straight into work…..  

 

 

Interests & Hobbies

 
Cooking is a big passion of mine.  I do most of the cooking at home and I do like to experiment with different dishes, they don’t always go to plan and I think sometimes my partner tells me that the dish is nice when isn’t!
 

Formula one I also follow; from the qualifying on a Saturday to the race on a Sunday. 

Now I do enjoy a good game of poker.   I’ve been playing for the last 5 years online and off and play every fortnight with a good group of boys. We also have a league on the go and even a shield for the winner!

 My Past Work & Business Experiences

I was actually working well before I left school, I started at the age of 13!  First there was a evening paper round, then there was a morning paper round and I even started doing a milk round before school. I admit I wasn’t too fussed on that ….. especially in the winter months! 

A few years later when I was about 15, a pizza delivery shop opened close to where I lived. Most weekends I used to hangout outside the shop and got to know the owner Terry.  I didn’t know this at the time but he would eventually become my business partner. This, I believe, was a turning point in my life.  Terry changed my mindset into one of ‘business thinking’ and we went on for a number of years making money in various shops in the takeaway industry which influenced me in ways you cannot imagine!  I thrived on the idea of being a success and wanted more! 

We had some mad ideas on how to make some extra money, not a fully established business, just a side business.  One idea we had was to have an advertising gimmick for the shop, well for the delivery side of the business, which was just great!  …. A big plastic telephone handset for the roof of the delivery vans which indicated we deliver!!! one of our competitors had one of these hand set on there van, so i went and asked where they had it from the answer i had was not plesent. So I went and  found a company to produce and manufactur them for us; kept a few for ourselves and sold the rest to food delivery shops throughout the Uk!! 

 I had one of my delivery drivers deliver these phones up and down the UK,  and I can remember him coming back one day and telling me that he was not doing this anymore  because some chilrdren had been taking the piss out of him.

  

Another idea we had was to have a burger van at one of the UK’s biggest pop festivals – Glastonbury!  We bought a van and off we went. That weekend can only be described as mad – three 12 hour shifts of serving customers. The van was open 24hrs a day and the queue of people just never ended… We paid for the van and had a nice profit out of it!! 

Unfortunately, my partnership came to an abrupt hault when I received a telephone call one afternoon telling me that Terry had been rushed into hospital. Immediately I went to the hospital but unfortunately on arrival I was given the sad news that he had passed away. That was a very sad time…. 

To cut a long story short, after a lot of heated discussions, I lost the shop to Terry’s family. I was out…. no access to the shop, no access to any funds nothing. I had no legal contract with Terrry… 

After a short time I decided to start over again and open another takeaway & delivery business.  I started up another partnership which went well for several years but was later given the opportunity to sell and so I moved on.
 
My personal life changed after the sale of the business for the past 12 years i had been working unsociable hours not getting home until 4am some mornings and then back out at 2 pm the next day.My family life was suffering a bit so i decided the time had come for a change,  and after a short time I landed a job with one of the biggest construction companies in the world. 

Over the next few years I found myself settled into a job with a good, reliable monthly salary.  This sometimes meant getting up at 4am, driving 3 – 4 hours, completing a shift and then driving the return journey home – this could sometimes mean that my working day was 16 hours long!!  And then there was also the night shift working at weekends…..  I soon longed again to be my own boss,  I wanted  to have a successful business again. The time had come once again to change my life, and so i did.  

The answer was the internet 

 

 

 

 

 The reason I set up an Internet Business

 

As you can see from my past experience, I have always been interested in business. I like to earn money and I like to have a few luxuries in life; nice cars.. holidays… and I’m also an impulse buyer, or so my partner tells me, if I see something I like I’ll buy it – regardless of cost.

Now don’t get me wrong, you can achieve all that with a normal job – if you save or have finance or a loan. Having left the business sector a few years ago I found myself having to save to have these kind of luxuries and found saving/paying for something over a period of time not very appealing. Of course, I did it, we all have, but as I have found out, its not the only option.

The time had come to start again! I was ready to start another business but what? What was I going to do ……. another takeaway maybe or a retail shop…… or even the internet.

 

I decided it had to be the internet. I did look into the cost of setting up a takeaway and between the staffing, equipment and overheads, starting costs totalled a minimum of £20,000, and that was on the cheap! It had doubled from the last time I had set up a business.

The cost of an internet business was a fraction of that. I didn’t need staff.. I didn’t need equipment… and I didn’t need premises. All I needed was a computer, an internet connection and to educate myself in online marketing and as you read the rest of my site you will realise that this wasn’t difficult.

The income potential with an online business is what really grabbed my attention. It is a lot greater than any other traditional ‘brick and mortar’ business that I had been involved with before. You see with the takeaway business, regardless how much marketing I did I was limited to a catchment area as I could only supply hot food within a certain distance. I had a limit, a ceiling if you like. What I realised immediately with internet marketing was that there is no ceiling, the limits are determined by you with how much action you take.

There was one problem – I had already burned my fingers on the net a few time previously; buying products that promised me vast riches overnight, once you opened it and put it to work you realised that it was a load of shit which left me sceptical of the net…… But…. This time I was determined was going to be different. I was going to do my research on each product or service before I even contemplating buying anything.

So that’s what I did! I researched business opportunity after business opportunity until I came across the business that I am now involved in.

The basics of the business are the same as I have seen before; its internet marketing but the concept is different. This business module gives you the support and the training you need to succeed online.

Now, I don’t just mean ‘Here you go, this is the product and this is a free e-book – read the book and off you go to make a fortune’, you don’t just hand your money over and that’s it! The contained support you will receive is outstanding! I signed up under a mentor who was there to guide me through all the training and marketing materials available to me. When you set up your business and lay the foundations there are a few rules you need to follow to make sure you are not making the same mistakes that a lot of marketers do in the early days of their business which I, as your mentor, will help you with.

If I have any problems with my business that I can’t find a solution to myself I firstly visit the back office of my business, where I found answers to many issues when first starting. If this fails to resolve the issue then I contact my mentor and if for whatever reason he can’t answer me because, after all, we are only human, then there is always the private forum you can visit. This is where we have a number of mentors that you can ask for advice who are not in competition with each other, we are all individual marketers.

Think about this for a minute I ran a successful pizza delivery business for a number of years. If at any point I went to my competitor and asked him for advice with regards to my business what do you think the answer would have been? …. but in this business, or should I say in this group, we are all here to help one another – there is no competition. We use the forum to communicate tips and strategies to each another.

 

 

 

 What can I do for you!

 

Well first of all I can introduce you to this business. As I said earlier you need to lay the correct foundations if you want to succeed, there are many parts to this business.

The first part is your personal website, branding yourself, which is what you are reading now. There is also is your landing pages which have been created for you and are ready to go; that’s all you have to do is brand them with your own individuality.

And then there is the marketing. To get you off the ground and into profit there are many different types of marketing materials to get you started. You will be using them all at some stage, but to start off I will recommend which avenue you take. Also, as part of this business, I will be there to show you how this is done correctly so you avoid the pit falls.

…… and then there is the on going training you will receive from myself and the group. Now apart from all the marketing materials we have for you there is the weekly webinars, which in my opinion are outstanding. On these webinars we all get together and discuss issues we may have or new marketing materials someone has come up with. Usually the founder of the group presents the webinar and discusses new strategies with us.
