7. When using Twitter you should avoid using caps.  This is common online etiquette, as it can be viewed as shouting or aggressive. 
8. Stay active.  You should log into your Twitter account on a daily basis in order to connect with your followers.  Logging in on a less frequent basis could result in the loss of followers.
